The package’s missing component
If something is missing from your package, it might have been delivered separately.
If something is missing from your package after you accepted it, do the following action:
Visit Your Orders to see if your missing item is in a different shipment.
Select Track Package to discover the delivery date for this shipment by hovering your mouse over the image of your item.
If you genuinely can’t find what you’re looking for, contact us.

For assistance, if your item is missing a part, get in touch with the manufacturer. Typically, you may find the producer’s contact information on the item packaging or in the administrative materials that come with the item.
